This beautiful apartment is a very elegant and stylish area with high ceilings and beautiful parquet flooring. It’s a spacious apartment suitable for a small family with children. It features two salons that act as social areas where all the members can gather and spend time together. There’s also a large dining room and three bedrooms. Moreover, the apartment also features a spacious kitchen, a laundry room and stylish master bathroom.
The hallway is characterized by brick walls that create a rustic feel. It includes large wardrobes and practical storage units. The kitchen also has lots of storage cabinets. It features white tiles on the floor and dimmable lights and it also offers access to the balcony. It’s a large outdoor area with lots of fresh plants and comfortable chairs.
While a neutral palette and monochrome decor help create a relaxing nordic vibe, a pop of color adds brightness and vibrancy to an otherwise restrained space. And for Scandinavians, what other color would they choose but blue? Whether it reminds them of the sea or the azure sky above, all shades of blue can work in a nordic-inspired room. Bright cobalt, sky blue and light powder blue are among the hues that are commonly chosen. Here, a periwinkle blue, tall-backed sofa is paired with an upholstered piece that can serve as a seat or a coffee table, thanks to the pale wood inset.
The apartment is structured on two levels. Each has its own functions and decor. One of the floors was quite difficult to furnish because of the long and rectangular floor plan. The designers chose to seamlessly combine the living and the dining areas. They created a central sitting area with cozy sofa modules in complementary colors. On one side there’s a white brick wall almost entirely covered by a shelving unit that has a metal frame and wooden cubbies. On the other side there’s a low storage unit that runs along the walls and ends into a comfortable bench. The dining table is placed in front of the bench and two chairs matching the sofa sit on its opposite side.
